Attention parents of horse lovers aged 10 to 15 – the ultimate adventure awaits this autumn! At Wirraway Homestead, your kids can spend the day riding, grooming and caring for horses while making friends and unforgettable memories!
Set on over 72 hectares in the heart of Strathalbyn, it’s a great place for them to unplug, connect with nature, grow in confidence and have fun together! More than just a day of ‘horsing around’ – they’ll practice horse-handling skills, trot around the spacious indoor arena, and finish the day by brushing their new four-legged friend!
When: 14, 15, 16 & 17 July 2025
Who: Young people (aged 10-15) with no previous horse-rising experience required
Price: $160pp or Early Bird $120pp (book before 15/6)
Riding helmet and boots will be provided. Please bring a packed lunch, snacks and a water bottle. Children must wear sun smart shirt and long pants.
