Southern Cultural Immersion, in collaboration with Green Adelaide and City of Marion, is hosting a free community event to celebrate Reconciliation Week 2024.
FREE to attend for all, discover a range of cultural experiences, performances, workshops, demonstrations, market stalls, and more.
FREE CULTURAL EXPERIENCES
All free to participate, but spaces are limited – first in best dressed.
- Warriparinga Cultural and Historical Tour
- Yarning Circle (all ages)
- Ochre Play (ages 3 – 8 years)
- Bush Tucker Talks (All ages)
- Boomerang Painting (Ages 5-12 years)
- Weaving Workshop (Ages 12+)
- Native Animals Talk (All ages)
- Yidaki Workshop (All ages)
Stage Performances
- Gorgeous acoustic vibes from Ngarrindjeri/Gunditjmara musician Katie Aspel!
- Kaurna Welcome followed by a traditional dance performance by IMBALA!

There will also be market stalls, roaming native wildlife, food and drink stalls and face painting.
