Shave for Xave 4WD Drive Day Hosted by Adelaide Hills 4WD Park
Adelaide Hills 4WD Park is hosting a Drive Day in support of #ShaveforXave, an ongoing fundraiser to support a local Adelaide boy, Xavier (5), diagnosed with Neuroblastoma.
Xavier Pudovkin, at only 3 and a half years old, was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma – an aggressive childhood cancer. After enduring 18 months of treatments including chemotherapy, surgery, stem cell therapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy he achieved a brief 6 month remission.
However, his recent scan showed a relapse leaving little hope for his survival in Australia. To access better treatment options in the United States, the Pudovkin family have launched the #shaveforxave fundraiser as they need to raise $500,000.
As many of the staff involved with the Adelaide Hills 4WD Park are parents themselves, they wanted to do their bit to support Xavier and his family during this very difficult time. They invite you to go out for a day of 4WD’ing, bike riding, raffles and prizes and a BBQ lunch to support little Xave in the fight for his life.
Adelaide Hills 4WD Park is a family friendly 4WD Park suitable for drivers of all skill levels. There are a number of playgrounds and picnic areas also scattered around the property.
Proceeds from every 4WD entry pass on the day will be donated directly to Xavier’s family.
Don’t have a 4WD? Want to support the event? They are opening up their training ground for bicycle access (secure part of the park) for a $10 donation. Kids welcome. Entry pass required (all entry passes must be pre booked online).

The theme for the day (optional) is to go dressed as a Superhero or dress up your car in honour of Xave’s love for Superheroes.
