She’s here! Mummy Pig welcomes ‘Baby Evie’ into the world!
Pig news in the world of Peppa Pig! The moment fans have been waiting for is finally here, Mummy Pig has given birth to a beautiful baby girl! Baby Evie was welcomed into the world on Tuesday 20 May 2025 at 5:34am and both Mummy Pig and baby are doing well.
Continuing the iconic pregnancy and gender announcements, Mummy Pig has revealed her newest addition in a royal-worthy announcement. Baby Evie was welcomed into the world in a royal-inspired twist on the traditional royal birth announcement, complete with a jubilant town crier, a regal scroll-style proclamation, and the unveiling of an official Peppa Pig birth announcement notice.
Big siblings Peppa and George are said to be over the moon and excited to meet their new baby sister, while Mummy and Daddy Pig are “looking forward to lots of happy snorts and sleepless nights.”
Big Screen Debut:
Baby Evie makes her first ever on-screen appearance in the new Peppa episode ‘Peppa Meets the Baby’. The episode can be watched exclusively at the all-new cinema experience, screening in 156 cinemas across across Australia from 30 May 2025.

Welcome Baby Weekend:
To celebrate this exciting moment in Australia, celebrities and influencers will welcome baby Evie at High Tea Baby Shower events on Saturday 24 May 2025 (Melbourne and Sydney only). They’ll walk the pink carpet, pose for the ‘pepparazzi’, meet Peppa and be among the first to see the Pig family welcome baby Evie into their family. Guests will also watch an exclusive screening of Peppa Meets the Baby.
Evie’s arrival marks the start of a whole new chapter for Peppa Pig, with fresh adventures and stories, new characters and heartwarming family first moments alongside the joyful chaos of family life. Peppa Pig enters an exciting new era, one that promises to delight fans for generations to come.
