Discover walking and hiking opportunities at the WalkFest 2025 in Belair National Park.
WalkFest brings walking to all people and all communities with a range of guided walks and hikes and an expo of walking clubs and outdoor retailers. South Australia’s bushwalking clubs and Walking SA are coming together to promote walking opportunities with this unique day.
This year’s theme, Connecting with Nature, continues a focus on access and equity to the outdoors for all and will include a special celebration of the milestone of 100 years of walking for South Australia’s oldest club, the WEA Ramblers.
Highlights include:
- FREE entry Expo of walking tours, walking destinations, outdoor retailers, walking clubs from 9am to 1pm.
- Guided hikes ranging from 45mins to 3 hours, including child friendly, dog friendly and Accessible options.
- Discover what makes a walkable neighbourhood.
- Opening of the bushwalking season to celebrate the start of the South Australian bushwalking season.
- Bushwalking equipment and experience demonstration stage.
- There’s also fun for the kids with the Scouts SA climbing wall.
- FREE vehicle entry to the national park for WalkFest visitors.
Guided Walks:
- Adults | $10
- Child | $6
- Family (2 adults + 2 children) | $26
Choose from one of the walks that depart the WalkFest site between 7am to 12noon.
Register online or arrive on the day and choose a walk to join.
