Clean Up Australia Day 2025
Clean Up Australia Day is celebrating 35 years of inspiring and empowering communities to clean up, fix up and conserve our environment. To commemorate this milestone, Clean Up Australia is calling on all Aussies to register for the 2025 event and be involved to make this year’s event the biggest so far.
Volunteers who register will receive a free Clean Up kit, containing gloves, bags and and everything you need to get started. Businesses are asked to pay a small fee to cover costs). If you are unable to participate, donations to Clean Up Australia are welcome, with 100% of funds raised going directly to empowering Australians to take positive action for the environment and providing Clean Up kits.
The national event will be held on Sunday 2 March 2025 and continues to be the nation’s largest community-based environmental event with more than 20 million Australians participating since its inception. Australia’s waste challenges can’t be solved in just one day, so over the past three decades, Clean Up Australia has evolved into an organisation that works with community, government and businesses to provide practical solutions to help us all live more sustainably every day of the year. We can all play a part to help keep Australia beautiful.
