A special nighttime story that focuses on calming our brains and focusing more on meditation. The beautiful illustrations match perfectly with the mindful text. This “Metta” meditation teaches that our hearts have endless capacity for love and kindness. “May my friends be healthy . . . May all the oceans be safe and protected.” It really shows the world in an entirely different light for children as they prepare to wind down for slumber as they, too, are reminded they are safe and loved.
