Nigeria’s Port Harcourt refinery has finally resumed its operations after being out of action for a few years, bringing hope for millions of small companies. After the end of fuel subsidies and several liberal reforms introduced by President Bola Tinubu’s administration, inflation has skyrocketed and millions of small and medium companies had to close their doors.
