Melbourne Street Christmas Gnome Trail – Free Christmas Activity
These mischievous, bearded creatures will take over the windows of shops, cafes and businesses along Melbourne Street, North Adelaide this Christmas and New Year. Count them all to be in the running to win your own handmade gnome and $100 to spend at a participating Melbourne Street business. Simply follow the QR code to enter online by 11:59 pm Sunday 5 January 2025.
The gnomes will be hiding in the windows from 22 November 2024 to 5 January 2025. You can sneak a peek at the gnomes any time – day or night. Pick up a postcard to help you tally the gnomes from one of the many businesses along the street.
Start and finish the trail anywhere on Melbourne Street between the Post Office (1/168 Melbourne Street) and the Comfort Hotel (21-39 Melbourne Street), on both sides of the street. Look out for pavement sticker clues along the way!
A fun trail with a sense of discovery, young children will enjoy spotting the gnomes hiding in windows. The gnomes in the windows are handmade toys and created to appeal to children of all ages.
