Wellness wander in the Adelaide Hills is back!
Old favourites join some stunning new events to suit all tastes and ages with more than 40 bespoke and highly thoughtful wellness experiences curated to fill your cup next month.
Now in its third year, the two-day event champions local wellness operators and experiences that are abundant in the region, with events that traverse the Adelaide Hills from Stirling, to Hahndorf, Mount Barker to Lobethal, Crafers to Paracombe and the greater surrounds, with experiences covering five wellness pillars: Provenance, Relax & Unwind, Nature, Learn & Create, and Stay.
Event highlights include:
Nourish by Well Traveller: A beautiful afternoon at Ukaria Cultural Centre, featuring keynote speaker famous TV host, chef & author Matthew Evans, holistic health coach and cellar door manager Erica Rushbrook of Ngeringa, a mood boosting cooking demonstration by MasterChef star Malissa Fedele skin nourishment tips from biodynamic farming experts Jurlique and a delicious afternoon tea. Attendees also receive a goodie bag valued at over $150.
Jurlique Handpicked Experience: Visit the Jurlique biodynamic farm, harvest your own botanicals, and create a personalized aromatherapy blend.
Strawberry Provenance at Beerenberg Farm: A tour of the farm, a light lunch at Grant’s Kitchen, and a strawberry dish-making class with a take-home gift.
Serenity and Self Care at Longview Vineyard: Morning yoga, a nourishing breakfast, and body treatments, with the option to stay overnight.
Plant Songs: Outdoor Sound Bath at Eurilla Estate: A unique sound healing session guided by nature’s harmonic frequencies.

Rock Climb and Abseil at Morialta with Earth Adventure
Go rock climbing with experienced and accredited climbing guides at Morialta Conservation Park.
For this experience you will travel only a short distance from the Adelaide CBD to one of Adelaide’s premier rock climbing sites. Morialta Conservation Park is a picturesque location where you will find yourself surrounded by nature with amazing views into the gorges below.
Family Digital Detox at Woodhouse Activity Centre
Disconnect to reconnect through quality family time at Woodhouse Activity Centre. Together, you’ll crawl, climb, swing and splash around 30 obstacles on Woody’s Challenge Hill, weave through The Labyrinth to find and answer the riddles, whizz down two fast and furious tube slides, conquer Cameron’s Climb, master Disc Golf and explore the beauty of the property on a photo or scavenger hunt or along one of the seven orienteering courses.
Wildlife Wander Dusk Tour at Warrawong Wildlife Sanctuary
A dusk guided tour at Warrawong exposes visitors to a magical time in the wildlife of Australia.
Rock Climb, Zipline and Mega Swing Experience at Mount Lofty Adventure Hub
Get your endorphins pumping while climbing the 15 metre rock wall, ziplining though the forest and last but not least taking on the 3 person Mega Swing.
