The new playground at Spad Street Reserve in Albert Park is now open.

Works are complete and the redeveloped space at Spad Street Reserve is open for the local community to enjoy. Covering 3000m2 of open space, the new playground features inclusive equipment suitable for a variety of ages and abilities.  There will be an official community opening event soon.

In 2022, The City of Charles Sturt Council allocated funds and also received State and Federal Government funding to purchase and develop the land at 15-25 Spad Street, Albert Park, as a new reserve for the community. This project forms part of the “Your Neighbourhood Plan”.

  • Open lawn space
  • Lighting
  • Drinking fountain and dog bowl and top
