Taking off and putting on your glasses

Remove the glasses by holding the temples with both hands, parallel to the sides of the eye and move forward.

Placement of glasses

When removing your glasses temporarily, fold them, first on the left leg and then on the right. Keep the convex side of the glasses facing upwards and the temples downwards to prevent scratches on the lenses.

When the glasses are not in use, it is better to wrap them with glasses cloth and put them into the glasses case, CheRing glasses which came with their case, and forbid putting them on the sofa, bedside, and other positions which are easy to press. When cleaning them, please avoid contacting with corrosive items such as insect repellent, toiletries, cosmetics, hairspray, and medicines.

Try not to place the glasses under high temperature for a long time. High temperatures will easily lead to the deformation of the lenses or cracks in the film layer on the surface.

Lens cleaning

Home dry-wipe cleaning glasses: first check that there is no dust and other hard objects, use a clean special wipe cloth. When wiping the mirror, one hand holds the bridge of the frame at the nose, and the other gently wipes the mirror’s body. Be gentle.

Eyeglass lenses are recommended to be rinsed with water and then dried with a paper towel and then wiped with a special eyeglass cloth, it is forbidden to use the corner of the coat, cuffs, or old mirror cloth to wipe; if the lenses are very dirty, it is recommended to use a low concentration of neutral detergent to clean them, and then rinsed with water and wiped dry.

There are no formal cleaning tools that can also be blown to remove the dust on the surface of the lens, inserted in the same direction, and prohibited back and forth friction rubbing lenses.

Maintenance of frames

Do not expose your glasses to acids, alkalis, and corrosive gases. Human sweat has a certain corrosive effect, so the frame should not be stained with sweat. Chemical-containing items such as beauty products, insect repellents, medicines, or paints can discolor or deform frames, so glasses should be cleaned in time if they are stained with these items.

If the frame is deformed, if you continue to wear it, it will put a burden on your nose or ears, and the lenses will be easily loosened.

Precautions for wearing frames

(1) Frames are not recommended for strenuous exercise.

Ordinary glasses are only for daily use, if you need outdoor sports or strenuous sports, such as running, or playing ball, use special glasses;

(2) Lenses are most at risk from high temperatures and direct sunlight.

It is not advisable to place the glasses in front of the cycling windscreen, under the spotlight, or wear glasses in hot baths, hot springs, and other high-temperature activities.

(3) Try to avoid wearing glasses that have been “deformed”.

Any eyeglasses will be damaged or deformed to different degrees when they are exposed to external force, please avoid heavy objects or breaking the frames of eyeglasses, to avoid the deformation of eyeglasses, which will lead to the pupil distance shift and inaccuracy of the luminosity.
