On The Flip Side have teamed up with Equilibrium Holistic Living and Free Mind Skate Clinic to bring you a FREE Meditation & Skate Clinic.
This is a free inclusive workshop for all skill sets where you will be guided through an uplifting meditation by Equilibrium Holistic Living Project followed by a skate clinic hosted by Free Mind Skate Clinic.
This is the first of a few workshop initiatives they have planned for you at the City Skate Park in Adelaide. On The Flip Side strongly believes that everyone should have access to programs that can help improve mental health, whether you find it in an uplifting guided meditation or through physical activity, they hope they can do their part for the community.
This event is a safe and inclusive space for all, and all ages and levels of experience are welcome.
Session 1: 12pm – 2pm
Session 2: 2pm – 4pm
