Celebrate the return of the Glenelg Christmas Pageant on Sunday 26 November 2023.
The Glenelg Christmas Pageant is a much-loved tradition, not only enjoyed by Holdfast Bay residents but visitors to the City as well.
Children and adults alike will once again line Jetty Road on Sunday 26 November 2023 to cheer and wave along with the fantastic floats, dancers and of course the man in red. There will be an opportunity to meet Santa afterwards and participate in kid’s activities.
The Children’s Christmas Village will be open from 11.30am – 3pm in Moseley Square. Activities include letters to Santa and ornament making.
Once Santa has made his way down Jetty Road and Colley Terrace to Augusta Street at the conclusion of the Glenelg Christmas Pageant you will be able to visit both him and Mrs Claus on level one of the Bay Discovery Center between 11.30am and 3pm.
The ticket booth will be under a white marquee located opposite the foreshore playground in the Bay Discovery Centre Building, open from 11am – 2.30pm.
For the first time, City of Holdfast Bay is partnering with Adelaide’s community broadcaster Channel 44, to present a delayed telecast of the 2023 Glenelg Christmas Pageant which will showcase the Pageant and Glenelg to a broader audience and allow participants to relive their experience.
