Dax Bennet Roque, Country Director for Libya, Norwegian Refugee Council said there was an urgent need for funding in response to the floods in Libya, and especially in the eastern part of the country. “There are needs concerning infrastructure, damaged phones, damaged water stations, damaged dams”, he said.
